Website Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use this website.

Effective date:

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern use of the public Service Time Lab website, operated by Service Time Lab, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Informational purpose

This website describes our custom AI workflow agents, LLM-powered applications, and software-engineering services. Its content is general information, not legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, compliance, employment, medical, or other professional advice.

Examples, diagrams, workflow descriptions, and agent capabilities are illustrative. They do not guarantee a solution’s suitability, feasibility, security, lawfulness, or effectiveness for your business.

Client services require a separate agreement

Using the website, submitting an inquiry, or joining an introductory conversation does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship.

Client services require a separate written agreement covering scope, responsibilities, fees, deliverables, intellectual property, data practices, support, warranties, and other applicable terms.

If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, that agreement controls for the services it covers.

Acceptable use

Use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts, or connected systems, or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Disrupt the website or another visitor’s use, or introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.
  • Use automated means to overload, scrape, copy, or extract content in violation of law or these Terms.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
  • Submit credentials, confidential records, or sensitive personal information through a channel not approved for that purpose.

Content ownership and feedback

Website materials

The website and its original content, design, branding, graphics, code, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Service Time Lab and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view publicly available content and make a reasonable copy to evaluate Service Time Lab internally. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing, selling, licensing, or creating derivative commercial materials requires prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Do not use website content, the Service Time Lab name, or associated branding to suggest an affiliation, endorsement, certification, partnership, or sponsorship without written permission.

Your feedback

By voluntarily providing website suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use it without compensation. We will not identify you publicly without permission. This does not transfer ownership of confidential client information or materials governed by a separate agreement.

Third-party links and services

We do not control linked third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily represent an endorsement or partnership.

Website availability

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website content or functionality at any time. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, current, complete, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Service Time Lab disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Time Lab and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the public website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Time Lab’s total liability arising from or related to the public website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, unless applicable law requires a different result.

Liability relating to paid client services is governed by the applicable client agreement, not this website limitation.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
