Privacy Policy

How we handle website inquiries and visitor information.

Effective date:

This policy describes how Service Time Lab, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information through our marketing website and workflow inquiries. Client services and agent applications may be governed by separate services agreements, data-processing agreements, or privacy notices.

Information we collect

Information you share

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Contact details: Your name, email address, and any phone number or preferred contact method you provide.
  • General inquiries: The subject and message you send through Contact Us or email.
  • Business details: Your business name, website, and industry.
  • Workflow details: The work you want to improve, systems involved, frequency, desired outcome, and whether sensitive or regulated information may be involved.
  • Other information: Your messages and consent to be contacted about the inquiry.

Do not send passwords, API keys, access credentials, health records, payment-card or financial account details, government identification numbers, or confidential business records through the public form or ordinary email.

Technical information

Hosting and security systems may process your IP address, browser, device, operating system, requested pages, referring page, access time, and diagnostic or security logs. We also process submission times and identifiers to help prevent spam and duplicate requests.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and assess whether our services fit your workflow.
  • Communicate about requested meetings, assessments, proposals, or services.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and improve the website, and prevent spam, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
  • Maintain business records, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.

An inquiry does not create a client relationship. Services require a separate written agreement accepted by the appropriate parties.

Who receives information

Service providers may process information to support website hosting, security, maintenance, and inquiry delivery, subject to their terms and our applicable agreements.

  • Website hosting: Vercel is our website hosting provider. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
  • Inquiries: Resend processes the contact details and message you submit to deliver your inquiry to our team’s Microsoft 365 mailbox. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
  • Spam protection: When online form submission is available, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check when you submit a form. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, to detect bots and improve its bot detection. Our verification request sends a security token, not your inquiry text or email address. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Fonts: The site loads Google Fonts. Font requests send Google your IP address, requested font URL, and browser headers, which may include browser, operating system, and referring-page information. See Google Fonts privacy information.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; enforce agreements; investigate fraud or security incidents; protect rights or safety; or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The current website does not load analytics tags, session-replay tools, or advertising pixels. No optional cookies are in use. Google states that its Fonts API does not set or log cookies.

When you choose “Use necessary only,” we store a first-party cookie named stl_cookie_preference for 180 days. It records your necessary-only choice, the notice version, and when you saved it. It is used only to remember your choice on this browser, not to track you across websites.

You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer on any page and clear your saved choice. Clearing the cookie or using a different browser will show the notice again. If your browser blocks cookies, you can still use the website, but your choice may not be remembered.

This choice does not authorize future optional tracking. We will explain any new optional tools and ask for consent before enabling them where consent is required.

The website is not configured to sell personal information, serve targeted advertising, or perform cross-site behavioral profiling. We will update this policy before enabling new tracking tools publicly.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records, protect the website and communications, and meet legal, contractual, or operational obligations. Technical-log retention depends on hosting and operational settings.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information under our control. No transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security. Read our Security and Data Practices.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to:

  • Ask what personal information we maintain about your inquiry.
  • Request a correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
  • Withdraw from optional communications or ask a privacy question.

We may need to verify your identity. Privacy rights vary by location; we respond as required by applicable law.
